Book Workshop: Asian Dumplings

We love this pan-Asian book of dumplings. We'll make Jaozi style in this workshop. We'll make two different vegetarian fillings, wrappers, and dipping sauce. We'll steam, pan fry, and talk dumpling fundamentals and eat together. Tickets available including and without the book.
